In regards to finding a tenant I am very happy. Market knowledge, communication and professionalism i'd give it a 5 star. Anything else - it's too early to say.

A great experience overall with a smooth move in. Tommy really went the extra mile to accomodate our request to move in early. Being new to the country it was a big help. He provided good support even on the move in day patiently explaining things. Nyah has also been very responsive to our requests and queries.

I am not sure how you are supposed to rate your agent the week you move in… the office has been closed and regardless of that, this email is ridiculous spam and has been an annoyance. Spam emailed to ask for a review when I haven’t had a single communication with my agent other than asking for bond money and to let me know I can not access my garage and now it is costing me money for storage. I would suggest maybe spamming your tenants after 3-6 months so they can give a real review and not this nonsense.
