I am not sure how you are supposed to rate your agent the week you move in… the office has been closed and regardless of that, this email is ridiculous spam and has been an annoyance. Spam emailed to ask for a review when I haven’t had a single communication with my agent other than asking for bond money and to let me know I can not access my garage and now it is costing me money for storage. I would suggest maybe spamming your tenants after 3-6 months so they can give a real review and not this nonsense.
