Purchase of vacant land
Alf has a wealth of knowledge of the area and always available to answer questions. I looked for a couple of years before finding a suitable piece of land. Alf was patient with all my enquiries and advised appropriately. Strongly recommend Alf if you are looking to buy.

Why write this review - because Alf and Sharon of Stocker Preston are so good!
Alf stuck with us for years while we prevaricated and had the property on the market and off and on again. Alf's counsel was always valuable and he was very aware of what buyers were looking for. Our property was a bit of a niche market, not to everyone's tastes. Despite that, Alf and Sharon showed many people around the property and they enabled people to look beyond the tenant clutter to imagine themselves there. Alf noted some critical issues that needed attention, he followed up and he and Sharon ensured a sale was eventually made. We had complete confidence in Alf and this was justified. Thank you for all that you did, Alf and Sharon. The only trouble with making the sale is that we miss you!
