Buying the house in Augusta was a very smooth experience with Alf and Sharon. From being shown property around the town with Alf to getting documentation completed with Sharon, the whole process was made enjoyable. Communication both ways was timely and prompt and we greatly appreciated their knowledge and professionalism.

We thought that Alf was very professional in all respects, regarding the purchase of our Special Rural property. He was conversant with all aspects of the property...what its potential was and the options available to us as purchasers. There were a number of buyers for the property and Alf protected all interested parties by being confidential and discerning in the information he relayed to us about those parties.... we trusted that Alf was working for the vendors but because of Alf’s professionalism, we as buyers believed he treated us fairly and believe that would have been the case for others. Sharon, who assisted Alf, was friendly and efficient in all respects.

We met Alf at the office and I had already contacted him earlier and chatted about what we were looking for. Alf also gave us other options in property and land which we had not thought about earlier. He drove us around Augusta showing us established homes and land. Alf certainly gave us lots to think about in the property market. A few weeks later we were back in Alf's office and out looking again. But this particular day he took us to a house and that was the one! Within 24hrs paperwork was complete. Over the next few weeks Alf and Sharon were in constant contact and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Great team and certainly would recommend them both to anyone.

Sharon and Alf where are absolute gems to deal with! Living in Perth & purchasing land down south was a little stressful but both Sharon & Alf dealt with my queries promptly and in such a friendly manner, that I would definitely come back to them should i need to buy/sell again.
