The block sold itself so not a lot of communication required but the office paperwork was seamless

I have used Alf for both buying and selling properties, and for dealing with a number of minor issues with the project developer. Whilst each of the activities requires different skill sets, Alf performed each of them with clear communication and feedback and performance was above above expectation. Hopefully I will be back in the market again when some key projects are concluded and I can request Alf to look in the South West for some more opportunities.

Alf, Sharon and the team at Ray White Augusta were successful selling my Augusta property in around 4 weeks at very close to our asking price. Alf is very knowledgeable on the local market and provided me lots of local information and I think his estimate of our property was spot on. Alf and team were vey fiendly and professional and had lots of time to answer my questions on the selling process from offer through to acceptance and settlement. Alf was also very helpful with advice on other services in the region such as settlement agents, old furniture collection services an so on.
