Alf is very knowledgeable on the local market and provided me lots of local information and I think his estimate of our property was spot on. Alf and team were vey fiendly and professional and had lots of time to answer my questions on the selling process from offer through to acceptance and settlement. Alf was also very helpful with advice on other services in the region such as settlement agents, old furniture collection services an so on. I woud have no reseravtion recommending Alf to anyone wishing to sell their property in the Augusta region.

Alf acted promptly giving a valuation then followed my instructions regarding giving the tenants brother first option to purchase. There were delays from the purchaser but Alf kept us appraised of progress. We then moved on to finalisation of the sale with no problems. Despite the delays we had confidence of a satisfactory outcome throughout.
