Cannot recommend Mark enough. He was great throughout the whole process, very proactive and on top of it when it came to advertising and home opens. Very helpful when receiving offers and choosing which direction to take in regards to the local market. Once we had accepted an offer he was again very proactive in ensuring both ourselves and the buyers were informed of every step and that we would both come to a satisfactory settlement. We're very happy and could not have asked for a better agent.

Her communication, market knowledge and professionalism was 10 out of 10 also negotiating skills to get the best price I was really happy with. Her idea to come up with using Norman my dog was brilliant I’m sure it put peppermint grove beach on the map, and larisa was so professional in it and wasn’t as boring as most videos on Facebook that try to sell a house, also every home open Larisa gave us feedback the same day, I would definitely recommend larisa to sell a house 👍😊
