I was extremely fortunate to have assigned Alistair the responsibility of managing the sale of my property in West Busselton. Not only was the sale a fantastic result but I always felt confident about the process as he provided ongoing feedback, which was critical in my situation as I was living interstate, and also provided me with advice and guidance particularly as there were a number of challenges that arose throughout the process right up to settlement. Alistair is highly recommended and I certainly will be calling upon him again when I next look to buy a property in the Busselton region. Many thanks and kind regards Steve

Larisa put an enormous amount of time and effort into selling my late mums house. She held open homes, private showings and obtained a considerable amount of offers for the house. Every step of the process she has been in contact with me and ultimately she achieved the goal of selling the house.I highly recommend Larisa if you have a house to sell.

Jason, Mandy and the Ray White team were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the moment we engaged with them. We always knew where we were in the process, Jason touched base regularly keeping us informed where things were at in all stages, any questions were answered and the whole experience was professional from the start to finish. Jason had recommendations to assist in the sale but nothing was ever pushed. I couldn’t recommend Jason and the team more highly.

The sale of our home took time. Larisa remained enthusiastic throughout the process. Living in the area and her knowledge for what the community offers was the reason we chose Larisa and stayed with her. Leaving after 30 plus years in a home you have built, raised your family and formed strong friendships is not easy and we found Larisa sensitive, and caring. Larisa has a well established business and network for this area, Peppermint Grove Beach.
