I have known Larisa for over 18 years and in that time, Larisa has always been professional and dedicated. I bought the property through Larisa and I ultimately sold 18 years later through Larisa. Larisa was organised from the very beginning and did not try and rush me to get the house ready as it needed quite a bit of renovation work. Larisa arranged photos and suggested a great styler to get the house ready. When I handed the house over to Larisa it was only 8 days later that the house was sold. Larisa used her extensive buyer base combined with cost effective marketing to expose the house to the right buyers. Even during the diligence period, Larisa was in regular contact with the buyer and myself to ensure that all required inspections were carried out in a timely way. I cannot recommend Larisa more highly. Thanks again Larisa, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with you again.
