I found Larisa to be professional, friendly, helpful, honest and responsive during my recent purchase of a new home. She made the whole process as seamless as possible and I would happily recommend to family and friends.

Our interactions with Larisa were very positive and we're happy to recommend her to other potential buyers/sellers. Our only disappointment was the commission we were charged on the sale of our property - a little over 3% which we found to be a bit high, especially considering that most Peppie Beach properties sell very quickly. Other than that, we were happy with all aspects of the sale.

We purchased a property through Alistair. From start to finish, he has been very professional, with nothing being too much trouble. He followed through with communication very quickly and has continued to communicate with us right up until settlement. It has been a pleasure dealing with Alistair and we highly recommend him. A very easy purchase. Thanks Alistair 😁😁

We loved working with Larisa. She is open, friendly and professional. Her knowledge of the property, community and local area was so important in helping us to make our choice to buy. She was very prompt with all communication and was easy to get in touch with by phone. It was a pleasure doing business with Larisa and I would recommend her to other sellers and buyers in our area.

Larissa is the peppy beach guru.she has an excellent knowledge of all markets and what will beaffecting them .she is absolutely honest in her dealings and tells you exactly what to expect.she is an incredibly hard worker to not only secure a deal but to secure the right deal for all involved.not once did she presume to know anything, she checked and double checked all info coming in and out and her marketing tools were second to none.would not hesitate to recommend her either in peppy or elsewhere

As we are over 7hours drive away we left everything up to Larisa to handle. She did a great job with photos and advertising. Would throughly recommend her to anyone. Thanks for making the sale of my property simple quick and easy.

It was terrific buying this property through Larisa. Her communications were timely and considerate going through the process. I found her very helpful and thorough with any information required. As the property was tenanted, she ensured I had all the relevant information moving forward once the property had settled It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Larisa, as she made the overall process smooth and as coordinated as possible. I would have no hesitation using her services in the future Thanks for Everything Paul D
