No one knows more about Peppie Beach property than Larisa. We’ve greatly valued her knowledge, insights, helping hand and kind words. And although we’ve changed our minds 100 times over 10 years Larisa has always been there to answer our questions and eventually to help us find the dream block. We could not recommend her more highly.

Larisa was so wonderful to work with. First day we met and nothing was too hard. She showed us an array of different options and we never felt pressured or rushed. We made an offer and the next step in the process was great. Even when we made mistakes she was so on top of everything and helpful. Nothing was too hard. She knows her market well, is beyond pleasant and kept us well updated at each step of the buying process.

We could not be more grateful to Larisa for all of her help in finding us our first home in our ideal location. Before we had found a property she was in contact often keeping us updated on what was happening in the area we were searching in and kept us in the loop with every property that came available. She understood what we were looking for and her down to earth and straight forward approach is exactly what we needed. We were able to ask all of the silly questions we had without being made to feel that way. She really did go above an beyond taking care of both us and the sellers right to the very end and we couldn't recommend her enough - we are very lucky to have found a real estate agent as proactive and supportive as her.
