Larisa's professionalism, depth of knowledge and experience associated with the Peppermint Grove Beach real estate market enabled us to purchase our new family home with confidence. Larisa's communication was excellent. She always kept in touch with us and promptly answered any queries we had during our few months of searching for the right property. Larisa is an agent you can trust to give you excellent advice and guide you in purchasing a property to meet all your needs. From our initial meeting with Larisa until settlement it has been a pleasure dealing with Larisa.

Larisa Tomuli is one of those agents you dream of having; honest, professional, hardworking and totally on your side. She is working for YOU, not the commission. Nothing was too much trouble, every question was answered and more oftern than not, anticpated. Buying or selling is stressful enough but having an agent who really does have your interests at heart, is a dream come true. Basically, you'll wish you had another property to sell, just to have the experience all over again! I can't thank Larisa enough for her support and encouragement during my sale. All I can do is recommend you sign her up, and then order the champagne!

Larisa was able to give us up to date knowledge of the market in her area that was accurate and honest. She went above and beyond in all the areas that we needed for our purchase to go through smoothly and we did continuously challenge her. We are not local to the area and my Husband is FIFO, so when paperwork could have been a challenge, Larisa made it easy. We first dealt with Larisa about 10 years ago when we sold our house in Peppermint Grove Beach and we were delighted to see that she still remained in the area. I would highly recommend Larisa to anyone that is looking for an agent with true professionalism, Integrity and Honesty.
