Very responsive and full of information
Mark was fabulous to work with. He was very responsive to requests, always available to contact with any questions and kept us informed with progress of our offer. As the property wasn't on the market for long he ensured we had all information needed and understood restrictions with the land quickly so we were confident in making an offer. Excellent client engagement in what has been a very hard property to sell
On behalf of my business, I have been trying to sell a redundant block of land / unused building for a number of years. It was challenging as it was in a state of disrepair along with a number of risks/challenges that the owner would have to take on. Nevertheless, Mark has always been upbeat and positive providing good advice when required in order to secure the sale.
