Great local agent
Ken was straightforward to communicate with and proposed a realistic listing price. He and his team were finally able to achieve more than this list price! Given Ken’s communication skills, contact in the local community, and strong team I would definitely use Stocker Preston to sell another property if in a similar situation again. Ken and his team were also great with negotiating and helping me out with the details of my sale after the offer and acceptance - that’s important. Thanks

Agent Extraordinaire
We met Mark for the first time at the first home open of the house we have ended up buying in Margaret River. We found Mark to be so good to deal with. He is personable, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and best of all non pushy. Any questions/queries we had were dealt with very promptly and accurately. Excellent communication and friendly approach.
Mark helped us locate our block that ticked all the boxes. We were advised as soon as it came onto the market and Mark promptly organised a viewing for us. Mark took the time to show us the property and never rushed us. He was very knowledgable about the area and keen to answer all our queries, especially the farming side of things. Mark was always very prompt to get back to us with any questions at any time throughout the whole procedure of purchasing the property. The Structural and Pest reports were organised by Mark and very thorough. We would be happy to recommend Mark as an agent to anyone looking for a property in the Margaret River area.

A pleasure doing business.

Kim worked hard to get the price we wanted
Kim was always in touch to ensure the sale of our property went through smoothly. We did surprise Kim with what we wanted but we stuck to our price range and wouldn’t you know it someone came along and fell in love with the Villa as we did some 18 years before, but they had to earn it.

Very smooth fast experience
We knew Mark from purchasing the house from him and knew he had the knowledge of the house and area. Also Stocker Preston managed the house for us that was tenanted. So it was a no brainer not to use them to sell the property. Marks knowledge of the area is extensive
