Marketing and sale of rural property
Our sale was complicated as I had planned to prepare the property for sale myself however I was stuck in NSW due to Covid travel restrictions. Mark took on this task without hesitation which was totally unexpected but very much appreciated. Mark was very good at planning and most importantly communicating, and this, combined with his professional and local knowledge, resulted in the property being sold above the asking price.
