Jess was spot on with her assessment and advice with regards to the local market and was readily available to discuss any questions or issues we had. I believe that she ended up with both very happy sellers and buyers and if you can achieve that you are doing things pretty right. We moved to Bunbury a couple of years ago and bought through Barr & Standley and I wish they were able to spend some time with Jess to understand what customer service is actually about. Jess leads a team at Ray White and all of them have outstanding service. The speed at which the property was listed, including beautiful photos, was amazing.
