Gavin valued my house based on the market and sales in my surrounding area. Unfortunately, my house failed to reach the predicted sale price due to unrenovated bathrooms and kitchen, also later to be told that it only had a single garage. These detracted from a higher sale price and in my opinion, should have been taken into consideration with the initial expectations. However, Gavin did work extremely hard to arrive at an acceptable, but not as high, sale price. Thank you Gavin, you were really good. I will certainly recommend you to my friends.
