He has very strong local knowledge having lived in the shire for 42 years, and an even more intimate knowledge of Sylvania, where he not only works, but also lives with his family 2. He is very very passionate about what he does, and is equally enthusiastic about all opportunities awarded to him 3. He has a very strong and experienced team that work together to maximise the results for the client (not in silo's competing against each other like some other agencies) 4. He has a broad database of prospective buyers and maintains a close association with same in order to maximise exposure / buying opportunities for his clients 5. His focus is very much on the buyers, and he works them hard through the campaign to build their interest and encourage them to participate 6.
