Very satisfied to be a Wood and Co's tenants!

We have been tenants with Wood and Co for more than 2 years and we are absolutely satisfied about their management. Any problem is always solved quickly and smoothly and they really care to help you find the perfect place for you! Our agent, Tamika, has always been available for any question, doubt or problem we faced, even with only few hours notice. She is always been nice and polite and easy to contact. Outstanding! Wouldn't rent anywhere else!

We have rented with Wood and Co close to 5 years now and what a pleasure it is! Our property manager Tamika has been on the journey with us the whole way starting as receptionist and blossoming into an excellent property manager,Any form of communication we have had with Tamika she has always taken the time to listen and if any problems were to arise she addresses them promptly and we are always informed with a resolution. We haven't even thought of renting with another real estate because to us as tenants service and realiablity is priority, We have always had great service with Wood and Co and all our needs are met. Even walking in to the office all the team are friendly and willing to help with any inquiries, I love going in there with the kids because every time without fail the girls will take the time to talk to the kids and that means so much to us! Massive thank you to Tamika and the team at Wood and Co for there outstanding service and we look forward to continuing our journey with you.
