We have been tenants with Wood and Co for more than 2 years and we are absolutely satisfied about their management. Any problem is always solved quickly and smoothly and they really care to help you find the perfect place for you! Our agent, Tamika, has always been available for any question, doubt or problem we faced, even with only few hours notice. She is always been nice and polite and easy to contact. We have rented with Wood and Co close to 5 years now and what a pleasure it is! Our property manager Tamika has been on the journey with us the whole way starting as receptionist and blossoming into an excellent property manager,Any form of communication we have had with Tamika she has always taken the time to listen and if any problems were to arise she addresses them promptly and we are always informed with a resolution. We haven't even thought of renting with another real estate because to us as tenants service and realiablity is priority, We have always had great service with Wood and Co and all our needs are met. Even walking in to the office all the team are friendly and willing to help with any inquiries, I love going in there with the kids because every time without fail the girls will take the time to talk to the kids and that means so much to us! Massive thank you to Tamika and the team at Wood and Co for there outstanding service and we look forward to continuing our journey with you.

We have been using Wood & Co as our agent for our former home for the last 4 years. I cannot speak highly enough of their service during this time - they source excellent tenants, go above and beyond to provide extra services where required (ie where minor repairs, plumbing, small issues, etc. arise) and provide feedback where required. Overall, it leaves us with a high degree of confidence that our house is being well looked after. 10/10 team!

From the start of the rental process by helping me find a property and right up until the end of my lease, Tamika was always so friendly, helpful, and super responsive to calls and emails. No matter the question or issue, Tamika was always quick to respond and also organise any maintenance issues. It was always great to have a chat during inspections too, and I will miss those! :) Tamika is a great asset to the Wood & Co team, one that I would highly recommend to any prospective landlords. Steph managed my rental property for two years whilst I was living interstate. Steph took the stress out of finding suitable tenants and the ongoing management. This had not been the case with the previous manager (not Wood & Co) so I was extremely nervous but was quickly put at ease. Always just an email away and proactive in bringing any issues, along with solutions, to my attention, I would highly recommend Steph and Wood & Co.
