If you are considering renting your property, Wood & Co are so far in front of the rest its not funny. Professional friendly service by people who KNOW what they are talking about. Steph has been Fantastic and really knows her stuff and is up with all the changes, what is required and what the "rules" are. Some others dodged some questions indicating they didnt know the answers where Steph had all the answers and was confident in her responses AND provided information to back to this up. The proposal was very well presented with all the details you need, and to top it off hand delivered and run thru after hours ensuring more confidence. Nothing was too much trouble for Steph, she had organised anything and everything, has good relationships with reliable trades and knows what to do. I needed things done before tenants moved in and Steph has exceded expectations by acting quickly and being SO well organised. It is such a bonus to know you can leave things in someones care and know it will be taken care of. I have full confidence in Steph, to the point where i am more than happy to let her do what she does best and will back her 100% on any decisions needed. Wood & Co Swan Hill are a great Agency all the staff that I have interacted with have been polite and easy to get along with and my Property Manager Tamika has been wonderful to deal with always happy to help have things fixed if needed and very flexible with being able to call or go in the office and see her in regards to the rental property.
