Tara negotiated a great bond compensation outcome following recent property damage by renters at my Kayden St, Cheltenham property. Dealing with the staff was quite good. They responded well to my emails and communicated well regarding my new rental property. It was disappointing to move in and find the unit was poorly maintained and left with a lot of cleaning to do to get to a reasonable standard. Just because it is an older unit it should not mean it is left dirty for the new tenant. I had just spent hours thoroughly cleaning my previous place and have come to my new place to find myself doing the same instead of getting myself organised with my belongings. The standard set by Ray White on this occasion is quite low and needs to improve.
