I have recently applied for a rental property through Ray White Cheltenham. Yeah!!!! I got it. The whole process was very simple and pain free because of there professionalism. Once in the property there was a plumbing issue to which I contacted the On Call Emergency number on the Sunday. Again this was handled very quickly and pain free. I would HIGHLY recommend Ray White Cheltenham. I've only been dealing with then for a couple of months but have found them to be extremely professional .

We are thrilled with the service at Ray White and have seamlessly settled into our new home with the help of the team, Paulina and Eleni. Both Agents were very helpful, professional and polite. Eleni welcomed us on our move-in date and was extremely personable, offering to assist with any queries we might have. We have already had a complimentary safety inspection and clear communication from our agent! Thrilled with our new place and the service at Ray White.

My review on Suzanne Younes as my property manager. I feel extremely lucky to have Suzanne, she communicates everything she is doing and I know she really does try her very best. I feel she cares and listen to my needs and concerns. Living in another state makes it extremely important to be able to trust the person managing my property and I certainly do have this with Suzanne. I certainly would not move from Ray White. I am extremely happy with the service they provide.

The process was quite quick to hear back about our acceptance and to organise everything. Eleni has been an absolute god sent through this process with very detailed condition report, going above and beyond with sorting out little things. The owners accidentally took the NBN box and she personally dropped it off to the property and has gone through our condition report to organise maintenance which we have requested. Highly recommend!
