When our tenants left we were told the unit was clean & tidy (with photos) and everything working in good condition. Now, two weeks later new tenants have moved in and identified a hot water tap that needs pliers to be turned on and a garage remote that doesn't function even with new batteries. We are seriously thinking of changing estate agents.

Ray White Cheltenham have been looking after my property over 17yrs. I've been very happy with their service & their dedicated team. Suzanne Younes the Rental manager and her team in particular Tara Reid have been great in commutation either with email or by phone. Recently my property was up for lease, Paulina Kaczmarek would regularly report how each of the open inspections took place. The whole re-leasing experience was seamless.
