Very quick responses on behalf of ray white and from what my employer told me the real estate agent Miroslava was very lovely to her and was asking lots of in depth questions and seemed to really care about her clients as opposed to some other real estate agents we have been in contact with previously, same goes with the lady whom owns the apartment complex was very sweet and helpful with the whole process. All in all very very lucky to have gotten the apartment and very greatful to the landlord for her kind words about our applications and to the real estate agent for being so in depth and helpful!.

After a couple of months on the listing affected by COVID restrictions and multiple lockdowns, when challenged, Ray White stepped up to the plate. We consistently received feedback and updates along the way, sometimes multiple times a week when interest grew on the listing. Although it took a little longer than expected due to the above external factors, Ray White delivered the result we were looking for in the rental.

So happy with the service from beginning to leased at Ray White Cheltenham. Best move we have made and to be honest I am kicking myself that I didn't make the move sooner.
