All good while I was paying my rent in time of course. I didn't like the payment system pushing tenants to use a platform to pay the rent and needing to pay a fee for this, it is ridiculous, not allowing bank transfers and as a customer needing to actually pay to pay the rent. The experience claiming the bond, as usual, just waiting for the landlord, who probably thinks he or she is entitled to some of MY MONEY for some reason to make a decision, which is completely unfair because the bond is the tenants money and obviuosly the property manager onthe landlord's side waiting for them to see if they want to claim partof the bond or whatever instead of doing what is right which is tell the landlord "the house is professionally clenaed, here is the receipt and the report, move on and basically free up the bond and do something for tenant at least, pretty basic but for some reason as tenants we need to wait anxiously for someone who has hundreds of thousands assets to give us a couple of thousand back, extremely frustrating and not happy with any real state, the same.

Our recent move into our new home leased through ray white Cheltenham managed by Mikaela couldn’t have been easier. We are absolutely wrapped with our new place which is made sweeter knowing that the agency is quick to respond to any queries and that the small issues in the place will be fixed as soon as possible. Miroslava was easy to talk too and once our application was approved, was able to get us signed and sealed very quickly. We were surprised how fast and seamless the process was.
