I have to give great thanks to Mirislova at Ray White Cheltenham for all her work in helping me get into my apartment. Firstly the inspection was handled with professionalism, good humour and gave a complete picture of all the attributes of the whole building, not just the apartment alone. After a poor experience with our previous letting agent we chose to move management of our apartment Ray White Cheltenham and have been very happy with the excellent service provided from the team and particularly from Suzanne who made transitioning easy with regular communication, relevant and helpful advice through the change over. Unfortunately our tenants recently left at the end of their lease and again Suzanne stepped up, with the help of Mirsi and the rental team did a great job advising us on the current market situation and on the best tactics to let our property as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Chris Poole if you are seeking an above standard service who is highly professional, someone who really cares about the clients needs and easy to communicate with.
