I was really impressed with the detailed information provided at every step of the letting process after the previous tenants vacated - from the end of lease inspection to open houses and the reference checks for the new tenants. Very professional and highly recommended!

I've had a really good experience with Ray White Cheltenham, Mirsi was the first person I spoke with and I felt she actually cared whether I was successful with my application and that the property was right for me. Nicola was quick to address any questions I had and found her email manner very pleasant.

The agents are incredibly friendly. We have dealt with Lilly at the end of our tenancy who is on the ball and very responsive. Which I appreciate considering previously we didn't have any. However previous agent lacked communication. I was not notified of change of property managers. I didn't find our last one to be friendly or helpful.
