I used Ray White Cheltenham as my leasing agent when my long term tenant left unexpectedly. I found both Damien and Mirsi both extremely efficient and professional in detailing what their agency would provide for me. In a matter of weeks a new suitable tenant had been organised and 4 weeks bond paid with money forwarded immediately to my account. In this short period of time I found communication and feedback from their office was constant, valuable and informative.
