The facilities are quite good, the location is very good, it's easy to get out, it's very close to southland. The only bad thing is that it's near the train station, so it can be a bit noisy at night.

Generally... Very good. Staff always polite and answered my enquiries efficiently. I have a few concerns that l would like to raise and will be doing so in the next week or so. Feel that my experience would have been more positive if a walk through with a rep at the time of handover could have been complete... Understand staffing and time constraints... but have since located issues that l do not want to be held responsible for... Will advise shortly... I dropped off some mail for previous tenant in Saturday was promptly approached by receptionist as she arrived at was taken care of well.
