We had 4 bidders on the day and Kevin had a full analysis prepared for each bidder, what other homes they had bid on and how much their spending capacity was. I have been involved in this process several times but never have I come across an agent who has this sort of intel and data to present. These guys don't rely on luck, the prepare for the worst-case and ensure that no stone is left unturned. The auction was a huge success and our property sold for something like 13% over our written reserve price. I highly recommend Kevin & his team to sell your biggest asset. If you are after just an agent, you can employ anyone and they will get you a sale. If you are after the highest possible sale price, this guy is your man! For what he offers, trust me, he is very underpriced. Look no further.
