Kevin and the team were picked as we had witnessed a few open inspections the auction day which was brilliantly executed. You get absolutely what is promised from frequent comms via Whatsapp group which made everything very easy to manage, we received honest experienced backed advice, great connections for styling, high quality brochure and fabulous dusk photography and a brilliant write up. What impressed us most was the personal connection with this agent as we were really looked after by him during the testing time of trying to sell a house during the peak of covid-19. We were in the process of selling our family home which had been in the family for a long long time. We are on the lookout for an agent who was hungry, efficient, tech-savvy and a great negotiator. We met 3 agents and Kevin was by far the stand out agent & auctioneer. I have seen some of his other auctions via the GAVL app and his ability to extract money from bidders even when the auction is slow is outstanding and hence why he was awarded, I believe, the number 1 auctioneer in the country. I have seen him go up to the highest bidder and make them bid against themselves before. How he does that? I don't know. We wanted the best of the best so we decided to call him and give him the go-ahead. He even sent us the paperwork immediately when he was overseas. And from there the journey began. Before the campaign even commenced, the team had made 173 phone calls to potential buyers to introduce our property. The communication was first class with detailed reports, Whatsapp group communication and weekly meetings. We had 4 bidders on the day and Kevin had a full analysis prepared for each bidder, what other homes they had bid on and how much their spending capacity was. I have been involved in this process several times but never have I come across an agent who has this sort of intel and data to present. These guys don't rely on luck, the prepare for the worst-case and ensure that no stone is left unturned. The auction was a huge success and our property sold for something like 13% over our written reserve price. I highly recommend Kevin & his team to sell your biggest asset. If you are after just an agent, you can employ anyone and they will get you a sale. If you are after the highest possible sale price, this guy is your man! For what he offers, trust me, he is very underpriced. Look no further.
