From the first meeting, Kevin was professional, insightful to current market, positive and keen to take on our selling. We were first home sellers who had an extremely bad experience with another agent in the area, there was no comparison between the two agents. The team approach was welcoming and all staff were very mindful of how stressful the previous months had been, with a failed offer and failed auction. From the first week on the market, we received almost daily calls, professional reports and it was obvious that Kevin’s team were all working very hard for a successful outcome on auction day. On auction day, the entire team were present and we had at least 6 bidders. My friends watched the auction, streamed in Adelaide, and stated that Kevin fantastic and worked the bidders very hard to the last cent available. Their high tech IT approach is on market, and we were impressed. I would highly recommend Kevin Chokshi and his excellent team, and would not hesitate in asking for any assistance if required. We built a house. That was a milestone in itself. Then we needed to sell the house. After all the blood sweat and tears of building, we were recommended Kevin and the team at Ray white Cheltenham. We were so glad we chose to go with Kevin! From word go- Kevin was there. His market knowledge is next to none. He was spot on with what he thought we could achieve in (At the time) a very unsettled market. He is an EXPERT at what he does and he is authentic doing it. Kevin and his awesome team were always available , always knowledgeable, and always positive. “Team “ is very important. We felt like we were part of a team. And we were welcomed and included in everything going on. All questions easily answered.. and there were plenty from us! The auction was amazing.
