I was referred to Kevin as a genuine agent and specialist auctioneer. Marketing materials were excellent. Communication and feed back was superb throughout the campaign. All of Kevin's team were the most professional agency I have ever dealt with and I have purchased and sold a lot of properties during my lifetime. I was overwhelmed at the price I achieved and that was a combination of open inspections with detailed feed back regularly and private inspections for those that couldn't make the scheduled opens.
