When I visited Ray Whites office I was unsure if I would give the sale of my Unit to them. My Unit had been rented out by Ray Whites for many years. I sold another house a few years ago via Ray White Cheltenham and was not impressed by the Agent involved in that sale. I noted he (Not Paul Samson) is no longer at Ray Whites, so let’s see what’s on offer now -. Kevin (Chokshi)impressed me from the first words he spoke and within 10 minutes I was confident I was in good hands. He has been brilliant in keeping me up to date with EVERYTHING via emails, phone calls and many many texts.. I was also impressed on the morning as I listened to the auction on my phone, a few times it looked like stalling, but he, as the auctioneer, kept encouraging for more. While I thought I would have been able to sell for more, I believe Kevin made every effort to achieve the best possible result and I am happy with that. I believe he has been very open & honest with me. As I could not attend the Auction I actual gave Kevin permission to sign the deal on my behalf. I would not have given the approval for him to sign for me if I did not trust him. Yea, my friends say he is a salesman, that he is, but I believe, an honest & fair one. As I said to Kevin a few mornings ago, I also believe I now have new friend and look forward to catching up when we are next down in Melbourne.(We live in Port Macquarie.)
