After frustratingly having our home on the market for 3 months, we took our friends' advice and sought the assistance of the "Waterways expert" Genevieve Hill to sell our home. We are so glad we did as Gen found the "right" buyer for us on Christmas Eve! We were very happy with Gen's professionalism and knowledge of Waterways' properties and prices. She kept advertising costs down and worked hard to get the price that we wanted. She was also very considerate in working around our schedules and family life.

When I visited Ray Whites office I was unsure if I would give the sale of my Unit to them. My Unit had been rented out by Ray Whites for many years. I sold another house a few years ago via Ray White Cheltenham and was not impressed by the Agent involved in that sale. I noted he (Not Paul Samson) is no longer at Ray Whites, so let’s see what’s on offer now -. Kevin (Chokshi)impressed me from the first words he spoke and within 10 minutes I was confident I was in good hands. He has been brilliant in keeping me up to date with EVERYTHING via emails, phone calls and many many texts.. I was also impressed on the morning as I listened to the auction on my phone, a few times it looked like stalling, but he, as the auctioneer, kept encouraging for more. He was never the “smart alex” who knows best, You know the type I mean, he listened to my thoughts, actioned & encouraged me. While I thought I would have been able to sell for more, I believe Kevin made every effort to achieve the best possible result and I am happy with that. I believe he has been very open & honest with me. As I could not attend the Auction I actual gave Kevin permission to sign the deal on my behalf. I would not have given the approval for him to sign for me if I did not trust him. Yea, my friends say he is a salesman, that he is, but I believe, an honest & fair one. As I said to Kevin a few mornings ago, I also believe I now have new friend and look forward to catching up when we are next down in Melbourne.(We live in Port Macquarie.) We received an awesome, fast and efficient service from Genevieve during our recent home purchase in Waterways VIC 3195. Her knowledge of the market is highly impressive and we found her insights and guidance invaluable. She is very responsive and we feel she went the extra mile for us such as arranging views at very awkward times including a Sunday morning. Her advice when we were signing the contract of purchase e.g. explaining relevant conditions to attach to the contract was most useful and certainly much better than the same process we went through just 1 week earlier! Genevieve is a consummate professional acting fairly for both Seller and Purchaser in our experience, and we highly recommend her without hesitation.
