I had sold and bought properties in the past so I started my selling process after office hours via telephone on purpose to see the efficiency and commitment of five local real estate agents. Ray White / Kevin succeeded due to his reliability, enthusiasm, communication skills, attention to detail and patience, and that was just in the agent selection process!
