I had sold and bought properties in the past so I started my selling process after office hours via telephone on purpose to see the efficiency and commitment of five local real estate agents. Ray White / Kevin succeeded due to his reliability, enthusiasm, communication skills, attention to detail and patience, and that was just in the agent selection process! I was given support/advice on the homes presentation by Kevin and his whole team which I utilised and evident in the wonderful photos. I was consulted on all advertising before it was finalised. Kevin was always contactable any time of day/night if I had a question so I felt at ease. I was informed throughout the whole process without having to ask regarding feedback and potential buyers. Any potential issue was quickly communicated with me and resolved as a team effort. I felt it was very important that not only did Kevin attend all scheduled open for inspections, he ensured that the house could be viewed privately at buyers convenience. Kevin also co-ordinated those 'little things' which added a special touch during inspections. As Kevin communicated well with buyers and myself, once auction day came he was in the best possible position which resulted in an amazing result that secured my Mothers future!!! Kevin is an excellent Agent and Auctioneer and i highly recommend him to others and would seek his services if I had to buy or sell again.

I selected Kevin after analyzing 4 others in the area. Kevin was a standout with his portfolio and made selection easy due to the information provided which was more than just the price. Throughout the campaign I had weekly updates of the views on the house and also a full list of all inquiries, giving me a good overall feel for where the market was.- Out of all the agents Kevin priced the value of the property very high and although we sold at just below the target (5000) He achieved over $100,000 more than any other agent in the area priced the house at. He knows his market very well. On the day of the Auction, the process was fully explained with targets set and complete communication all the way through the bidding process until acceptance, without the pushy broking techniques I have experienced before. The price went to the level that I was comfortable with and then and only then, was I asked to confirm that the house was on the market. Complete professionalism. Keven was contactable at any time (which was fantastic as i live overseas). Anyone contemplating selling should really look at Kevin and his team, as i have now one of the "Real" professionals as an agent

As this was our first experience selling a property, we were wary of who to choose to sell our property, but Kevin put us at ease from the outset. It quickly became clear that he was very knowledgeable, and was able to provide details of recent past sales and compare these properties with our own. He also described the target market for our prospective sale, and explained his strategy for building a competitive auction. His attention to detail and regular communication were extremely impressive. He made us feel like his only clients, but I know he was busy working on campaigns for other properties at the same time. Kevin reported back to us at the close of each inspection and followed up with a report and a phone call to discuss the outcome of each inspection, and who were likely to be bidders on the auction day. It was evident that his approach is to develop a strong and friendly rapport with prospective buyers so they feel comfortable with him on auction day. When the large crowd assembled at the auction it was clear that the strategy and commitment that Kevin and his team had employed had really worked to build demand for our property. The auction went like a dream. We were very fortunate to have chosen Kevin as our auctioneer - he was encouraging to the bidders, clever with his timing, and guided the outcome expertly, all in a charming, witty and entertaining way. You know when you see an expert in his field, and I couldn't recommend Kevin highly enough. He was always a pleasure to deal with, left no stone unturned, and became our trusted advisor during the process. His achievement on auction day capped off a very pleasurable and rewarding experience for us. 10/10.
