Ben was fabulous to deal with. He was friendly and courteous, and assisted us greatly in arranging numerous inspections of the property outside of the designated times so as to fit into our schedule. He also was patient in our dealings with him, and gave us a lot of advice regarding the neighbourhood as well as recommendations for tradesmens.
