Ben arrived at my late Mothers' villa within an hour of me first phoning him. I had explained to him that I was time poor with living in the Southern Highlands and needing to do so much before returning home. Ben arrived with the necessary paperwork early the next morning so it was available for the solicitors on my return. I knew then that he was " the agent for me". Ben was professional and courteous at all times. I felt I had a friend in my corner at a sad and stressful time. He even nailed some fence palings that had come loose before the photo shoot and swept the porch before open houses, stating that it was "all part of the service" when I thanked him. I could not fault him. He was always open and honest with excellent communication skills throughout the whole experience. To be honest I will miss our little Saturday chats after open house now that the villa has been sold. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone who wants an agent they can trust, and, trust is the key word here. I thank him very much for all his help. It was appreciated more than he will know.

Nick Matulic is a great agent. He went out of his way to help with the property any way he could. Organizing gardeners, handymen, removal of bees, no job was too hard for him. Very friendly and great communicator with people. His knowledge regarding all areas of the sale of the property was very helpful he was able to answer all questions.
