He was also a great communicator with a great sense of humour which made the whole process a breeze. From the day of first inspection, Ben was quick to show us around and was very accommodating when we requested an evening inspection. I believe that Ben was fair in respecting our wishes and represented both parties fairly and at reasonable disclosure. I can't say this for every real estate agent but Ben was definitely upfront and cogent in his dealings with us. During the settlement period, he was quick to reassure us and explain to us the steps of the process as it was our first home purchase.
