We've been in the local area for over 10 years and knew Ben from when we had a previous rental. After using Ben to sell a property at record five years ago there was no one else we would trust. Ben is always professional, made time out of his schedule to work around ours and always kept us informed of progress. Ben gave us great advice of how we could increase value in our latest sale and after following his guidance it paid off with another block record, understandably we could not be happier. As with any sale there were times when we were nervous about progress but Ben keeps a level head and calmed our nerves walking us through our questions, even out of hours. I can honestly say there is nothing different I would change with the sale. For such a large part of anyone's life Ben really makes it simple.
