Wade Lockrey's service was over and above what we expected. He took time all the way through the process to keep us informed of progress and to provide market feedback. Wade worked with another agent to meet the needs of the successful buyer. Without his willingness to do so we may not have had such a good outcome. Wade's marketing ideas were second to non and the video component of the advertisements was outstanding, individual and encompassed what 87 Taylor Street was for us and hopefully it's caretakers into the future. The advertising resulted in over 90 parties visiting the property, seeing a result at Auction as well as being recognised in the industries 2017 awards. Wade set up weekly meetings with us at locations and times that worked for us. He provided advice, guidance and respected the decisions we made along the way. We have purchased and sold numerous properties over the years however this was the first Auction process we had been involved in. It was great to have 4 intensive campaign weeks which resulted in a sale at Auction. We found this process much less taxing on us than a longer market campaign. If you are wanting to sell your property we recommend Wade extremely highly. He has young innovative ideas, excellent communication skills and industry knowledge. Wade Lockrey has proved himself to be one of the best agents we have ever used to sell our investment property (and we have used many to buy and sell!). He enthusiastically took on our listing under difficult circumstances (we ceased the services with another agent who provided extremely poor service) and was very open an honest about current market conditions and pricing. This was a very emotional time for us and Wade was always friendly, caring and great to speak with. Trust is a very rare quality in real estate. As we were unable to get any offers on the property initially, we took it off the market and re let it for a few months.
