Fantastic Support
Lindsay made the sale of 30 Clairmont St as seamless and pain free as possible. Professional, Realistic, Supportive
We were recently in the position of selling for the first time. We chose Wade due to his recent successes in the market and his relaxed and optimistic approach to the sale of our home. Our property at Centenary Heights had been on the market for over 12 months. We had two offers fall through in this time which I believe related to the previous agent not managing the delicate period between contract between signing and unconditional. Wade contacted me and at first I resisted signing an exclusive agency despite Wade helping me find contractors to bring my property to a good standard for sale. Wade was persistent and provided good arguments for an exclusive listing and money spent on advertising. My feeling was, if this guy can convince me he can convince anybody - so I signed. The result - my property that had been on the market 12 months sold in only one week! Through full-page exposure in the local paper Wade had 18 visitors to the first open house and an offer was received the next Monday. This offer was above the offer that had fallen through only weeks earlier, which more than covered the advertising investment. I thoroughly endorse Wade as your choice of real estate agents. An exclusive agency and advertising really worked for us and I am supportive of this approach taken by Ray White Real Estate.
