Purchase of Property via Lindsay Southwell
As a real estate sales person myself now retired ans albeit as a Commercial Agent I can speak with some authority to my dealings with Lindsay Southwell.
I first went to Lindsay with a list that in my mind were suitable properties and in whicharge cumulated in an offer but not accepted. Although still locking myself in my box of ideas of what I was after Lindsay kept an open mind. Some weeks later Lindsay mentioned an option style property on which at firest without viewing I stated no. Lindsay never pestered me but was always available to address my questions. Ultimately the intrigue of the place I know own got the better of me thus I did a drive by. I stopped and talked to others within the community of the complex in which my Unit is located. I rang and arranged a viewing. I was pleasantly suprised as to the room and condition of this home. From there was the offer and with that Lindsay worked hard to have the owner counter offer. In the end Lindsay a me up with an agreement between myself and the buyer and thus here I am.
I also note the ease of the transaction and in how Lindsay ensured that my lawyers and bank were kept informed during the process as was a bit different to a normal sale due to the property becoming a deceased estate during the process. Lindsay worked hard to ensure that all remain on track and kept in touch with me via my preferred method. Finally we had very smooth settlement due to not only hard work but also with professional communication with all parties concerned.
Since moving in Lindsay has remained in touch and provided some very much appreciated help.
I enjoy living here. If Lindsay did not think outside the parameters I gave him then I would not be sitting comfortably in my new home writing this. I recommend Lindsay Southwell to anyone that wants a professional agent on their side in either buying or selling.
