I have rated Lindsay as five star (minus) as I don't believe any man/woman can achieve perfection in any endeavour - everyone can do better. However, that said, whilst the sale of my property stagnated in the initial period Lindsay continued to pursue a positive result which culminated in the purchase of my property by a new owner who will (I hope) enjoy her new residence.
