Paul and Melissa recently sold our house in West End. We were so grateful that we chose to go with Paul and Melissa at Explore, rather than another agent who had reviewed our house. Paul and Melissa estimated that we would get a great price for our house, and they got it! This estimate was $50-100,000 greater than what the other agent estimated we could get for our house. The little bit extra in real estate fees, was certainly well worth the investment. Paul and Melissa did an excellent job marketing our house. The photos and video walk through were beautiful and professional. Paul and Melissa were never pushy. I was a reluctant seller at best, and they were very patient with me, giving me the time and space I needed. When I felt reluctant to continue with the weekend open homes, they were happy to view by request only, and gave me plenty of time to have the house ready for when people were coming through. Paul wrote detailed email updates each week, informing us of the number of views, feedback they had received from open homes, and whether or not we would continue with the current marketing strategy, or whether we should try something else. Paul was always very respectful and never encouraged us to accept a lower offer, if we were prepared to wait for the right offer. Paul and Melissa work as a beautiful team. Melissa has a gorgeous warmth, enthusiasm and ability to relate with others. Paul with his quiet confidence, knowledge, trustworthiness and ability to negotiate the best deal, resulted in us selling our house at a price we were very happy with. Melissa organised the open homes and would often touch base as to how I was feeling. She has lovely compassion, and was very understanding of the mixed feelings of selling a home we had brought our children up in. Melissa even helped contact other agents when we were trying to find a rental last minute. I couldn't recommend Melissa and Paul highly enough and am very grateful that we chose to work with them.
