After being mucked around in selling my property in Townsville by another Real Estate Agency for over four years I found Jan Lee via a Letter Box drop in my suburb in Brisbane. She has been totally, a breath of fresh air and certainly knows the market and the art of marketing property. Her advice has been fair and ethical for me as the vendor and also for the prospective buyer. She convinced me that I needed to outlay expenditure in bringing the property up to market expectations. Jan relieved me of the hassle of having to arrange for all the painting, electrical and other works which she had carried out, by her known and trusted contractors. Jan kept me continually informed with photos of the work in progress throughout the whole process. I could not have been happier with the quality and standard of their work and it all worked towards quickly finding a buyer. I was at first a bit hesitant about the cost of the "staging furniture" but the end result was magnificent and proved to be crucial to the marketing. I think that I got a quite fair and reasonable market price for my property - we all expect more but also need to be fair and reasonable. I could not speak more highly of Jan's ethics and professionalism and I would happily recommend her to anyone who is in the market for both selling and buying. Jan tells everyone that she is "no spring chicken" but her zeal, her love for what she does and her enthusiasm is infectious.
