Jan took my details after I enquired on a house that was under contract, telling me that if it fell over due to finance that she would contact me. I have been told that before by agents who didn't follow through. When the previous contract fell over, Jan called me, we arranged an inspection, and I purchased the house. Jan has been diligent with follow up where required, such as where there were a couple of unexpected issues on the building and pest inspection, and helping me to negotiate with the vendors. Not all real estate agents do that either. Thanks Jan.
