Jan was the agent for the seller when we bought a house in 2009 and her professionalism and manner as buyers so impressed us that in 2021 when we were selling the house we immediately thought of Jan to help us sell. She has been an agent forever and you can tell, she doesn't have any of the smarm, nor does she try to sweet talk, she is straight, open, honest, and she sold the house to us, then years later sold it for us. Golly. MaryAnne was simply amazing.. nothing was too much trouble when I asked questions, MaryAnne followed through with comments to me about how the inspections went, and I believe pointed out all the positives, knowing what her buyers were looking for.
