Excellent service and a pleasure to deal with
We approached Ray White Blackheath to enquire about getting a valuation done on our block of land. After being put in contact with Katrina we have had a professional relationship with her for over 10 years. Katrina would respond to our queries even though we were not intending to be vendors any time soon. When we subsequently decided to sell our land about 8 years later, Katrina was for us the obvious choice of agent. No question was too trivial. Her expertise in the process of selling was excellent and lead to a very rapid offer of acceptance. So therefore, Katrina's advice on price and marketing resulted in a sale within one working day, at our asking price. So in recently deciding to sell our house we only considered going with Katrina as our agent again. Our insight and approach to the selling of our house was completely changed when Katrina applied her professional and marketing knowledge to what was possible and how we should approach the sale. We were led through the process and scenarios very thoroughly and decided with Katrina on a final approach. The result was a sale within 24 hours of listing at our maximum asking price. This result is totally due to Katrina walking us through the process, articulating options and explaining to us her reasons for recommendations. Additionally, Katrina responded to every phone call, text and email promptly, and kept every appointment either face to face or online. We utilised some advice from Katrina for matters not directly related to the sale, including recommendations for property and maintenance services, which assisted us greatly as we were by this time living remotely. To just highly recommend Katrina's services to others seems to not justify our experiences enough. We would totally recommend prospective buyers and sellers to meet with Katrina to explore with her how to proceed. We are confident you will be as delighted as we have been.
