Matt was able to present a very comprehensive 3 stage marketing strategy for the sale of our home. All marketing material was completed on time and beautifully presented. Open Days were well spaced and conducted on time. During this time we had access to Matt and his team and they offered assistance readily. I called David as I my parents needed to sell their home at Eden Ridge due to a change in circumstance. David visited me that afternoon and professionally provided an appraisal and suggested that as he had qualified buyers a marketing campaign was not required. After signing the agency agreement a couple of days later he had buyers in that afternoon for a private viewing and we received our first offer. Two days later and more buyers and more offers. Thomas really helped us find a new home in West Pymble.
