He kept us informed each step of the way and made us feel we were a part of the process even though we don't even live in the same time zone. He personally managed all aspects of the campaign and went out of his way to ensure we had the best. We know Tom from the perspective of a vendor as well as a purchaser. His advice and guidance on marketing and reserve price were spot on. We never felt pressured to settle for a price we were not comfortable with.
