We first meet David Walker about April 2016, he was friendly, warming and professional. He understood our needs and our desire to stay in West Pymble as it was the suburb I grew up in from childhood to present. Ryde Road is a busy road and a hard gig to sell and it wasn’t until Easter 2017 when we were ready to sell after buying a property, in West Pymble. The market for Ryde Road was rising and David was able to capitalise and this trend getting us the best possible sell price, about $275K over our expectation.
