I recently purchased a property through Jessica. She was very professional and helpful. I had a multitude of questions for her throughout the buying period and she was extremely prompt about replying and getting answers for me. Buying can be very stressful, but she helped to make it as easy and simple as possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Great Negotiator and a professional team It was a daunting thought selling into a falling market but I shouldn't have worried! With Scott on board, he sold my home in just one week for my absolute dream price after negotiating with several buyers. A skilled negotiator, hard-working, honest and experts at what they do, Scott and his associate Rosanna are also a pleasure to work with and made the whole sale experience seamless and stress-free. If you are thinking of selling, I can't recommend Scott more highly. He is the best agent to call

It was the best news when we received Jessica’s call that our apartment in Lindfield had sold at a record price in the building yesterday. Thank you, Jessica, for your outstanding work in closing the deal during a period of rising interest rates. Your involvement in the sale of our home was the best decision we made concerning the whole thing as a property owner. We appreciate you keeping us in the loop at all times. We will not hesitate to recommend your services. Again, thank you, Jessica, so much for making this such an easy process. Stephen & Laura from Lindfield

I first called Jessica for an appraisal 10 months ago, she was very happy to help even knowing our property wouldn’t be put on the market for quite some time. My initial conversation I found Jessica to be warm, friendly and very professional in every aspect, during the next 9+ months Jessica kept in touch and updated me regularly regarding sales and market updates, when the time came for me to sign with an agent I had no hesitation to call Jessica, we formed a very close working relationship whilst marketing our property, she went above and beyond with every detail, I looked forward to talking with her every day and I felt completely safe in her hands, I believe Jessica marketed our property correctly and achieved the best possible result, in fact we had the most registered bidders in Australia on auction day. I would not hesitate for a moment in recommending Jessica Cao and her wonderful team to anyone considering selling their property.

Lisa Davis goes above and beyond. I have recently purchased a property from her and she has been there to help with every request. And more so I hear she has personally helped out the seller moving as she is elderly. I have always been very cautious with real estate agents, because for the nature of the business. I saw her kindness as surreal at first but today learnt it truth. After dealing with Lisa, and seeing how she helps others couldn't recommend enough.
