I recently had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a home in East Killara with Jessica. She's not only very knowledgeable about the area and surrounds, but helps guide you to see the bigger picture in the potential of a property. Jessica is a very very very hard worker, with no task being too difficult. Very responsive and efficient, I was never waiting around for days to hear back on any questions I had - she is straight on it! It's been an all around outstanding experience.

Jessica is the hardest working real estate agent we’ve ever come across. She is not only professional and knowledgeable but a pleasure to deal with. Unlike many agents she did not over-promise and under-deliver. At all times, she was straight and direct with her advice, and her updates on the potential buyers and market were always timely. Her communication was excellent, returning your calls as soon as she could as if you were her only concern. We would unreservedly recommend Jessica.

Recently I bought an apartment in Killara through Jessica. She demonstrated great knowledge of the market and knows the local area really well. She answered all my questions, researched them thoroughly and did not mind to get in touch with strata where necessary. She was always calm, friendly and accommodating. Finally, I admire her negotiation skills. Without Jessica the transaction would not have been concluded. She brought the two parties together again and again until there was agreement.

Jessica is very experienced, organised and professional, which made the selling process very smooth. She gave very prompt updates after each inspection, frequent follow ups, and extremely hard working which enabled her to close the deal in a short timeframe at a record price, highly recommended.

We bought our home through Jessica Cao of Ray White Upper North Shore. Firstly Jessica was extremely helpful and flexible in showing the house to our family many times, always graciously. Jessica was always professional in her dealings, timely with her communication, and I felt overall that Jessica did a very good job of balancing the needs of the buyer and seller through the process. I would strongly recommend Jessica to others as their agent.

Scott is an outstanding agent, he provided an excellent sales experience and went above and beyond to achieve a great result, starting with invaluable advice on preparing the house for sale and sharing fantastic trade recommendations, through to successful sale negotiations, all done professionally with first class knowledge of the property, the Killara market, what buyers are looking for, and how to close the sale. Scott is a pleasure to deal with, he is caring, honest, and was always available throughout the campaign. He kept me informed throughout the sales process, has very effective communication skills and was determined to achieve the best possible result for the vendor. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Scott.

I selected Scott to sell my home after he had achieved a very strong result selling the neighbour’s property. I was confident that he understood the particular market for my property. With limited time to put my home on the market (as I had already purchased), Scott could not have been more helpful. He helped organise gardeners, painters, a skip etc so that my tired property was ready for sale and the time needed for photos, brochures etc was fast tracked. Following strong interest at open house, and with assistance, but not pressure, from Scott, my property was sold pre-auction for a price well above any expectations. Scott’s helpful professionalism, and his friendly, calm personality, made an inherently stressful experience proceed as smoothly and successfully as it could.

We have now sold multiple properties through Scott and for good reason. Without doubt, he is the most genuine agent on the Upper North Shore and delivered us outstanding results consistently regardless of market cycles or conditions. He 100% committed, a complete professional and personable.
